A wonderfully made shoe. I’m sorry it didn’t fit. I liked everything about this you. Except, that it was just a little too tight for me.These Eccos are excellent. Super comfortable and durable. Came from a pair of Florsheim shoes, and honestly these Eccos are in an entirely different league. Danish ergonomics at its best. Worth every penny!Good fit and I was able to wear them for hours without any discomfort or fatigue. These are a good value!Quality shoe!Tried many different brands throughout the years, Ecco as of the last 10 years remains my preferred choice. Good quality leather and rubber soles, good design, comfortable and long lasting. The NJ model I bought two, 1 for myself and one for my son. Great look and comfort.First pair of Ecco shoes ever purchased. Have worn Rockport for years and have worn out every pair in less than a year. As someone who is rough on shoes, I tried a pair of Johnston & Murphy shoes. They were a loose fit and fairly flat footed. Have lasted but they are not that comfortable. So decided to try Ecco. I like these shoes. They fit perfect, look good, have arch support, and are comfortable out of the box. The biggest reason i bought the Ecco shoes is because their TPU soles are supposed to outlast rubber sole shoes. Yes the shoes i received look different than the pictures shown but they seem to be made of good quality. The key is how long will the soles hold up.There are certain things in life that you want to go out of your way to share with other people; for me one of those things is ECCO shoes.I cant quite say that these New Jersey Tie Oxford are my favorite, however, I can say without any question that I would buy ECCO shoes, these and or those that I typically buy (Helinski version) for up to 300 a pair if that is what was required. I say this because up until switching to ECCO shoes I had a horrible issue with fake leather and odor. No matter how often i would wash my feet, put new socks on, put powder in my shoes, my feet would sweat and my shoes would of course smell later on... not a great situation. In fact the odor was so bad that I went to pediatrists to find out what was wrong... end result they suggested some 'anti-sweating' stuff called DrySol.Instead of using that, I went to a high end product in ECCO and invested the money necessary to realize that in life you pay for the best product sometimes. I've become very good at finding these shoes on sales here and there, however, I would suggest to anyone, regardless of price, to buy themselves a pair of these shoes. Also, I don't know Amazon's return policy on these, however, if it is as good as on other items try them out.. put them on.. I'm confident that once you do you wont ever take them off. These shoes are used for work shoes and also used for going out with jeans and a button down on or fancy dress shirt. These shoes are good for anything 'relatively' fancy so long as that does not include a dress or shorts. I learned the hard way that "dress shoes" does not mean shoes that are worn with a dress. I'll always remember that year of middle school .Everyone go out and buy these... Everyone go out and buy these (see what I did there?)I ordered a second pair. I really like them.ThanksRichI’ve been an ECCO wearer since the last 8 years and have been very very happy with the pairs I have bought so far ( sort of ). I’m a bit biased towards the New Jersey and Helsinki models. The Good : the pair came in quite quickly and very nicely packaged. The Bad : ideally it would take me a couple days to wear in a new pair and within a week they’d feel like I’ve had them on forever. I’m not sure though with the last two pairs I got. The one I got just prior to this has already opened up. But I got them fixed with a cobbler and am quite happy with the job.But this pair I bought recently has some issues. I’m wearing them since the last two and a half weeks and I still get a shoe bite behind my heel. Now to me that’s a bit annoying and frustrating. I would love to return but since I’ve already worn them.... I guess I just have to live with a bad product. You’ve let me down ECCO.I peviously had a pair of ECCO shoes very similar to these - they may even have been the same model but I had them so long I forgot the name. Those were worn almost every working day and they lasted over 10 years. I am off to a great start with these - again worn for work, they are smart and they are supremely comfortable. Brand new shoes that you forget you have on - what more could you want? They are not cheap but they are worth every pennyJust what you would expect from ECCO. Smart easy to maintain and perfect to wear every day, all day. Not cheap but they last and last. The fit like a glove and are very comfortable. My third pair of Ecco shoes and I love em.A bit pricy but worth the pennies.Used the previous ones for almost 2yearsComfortable and well made. Looks elegant. This is my second ecco shoe. Happy with purchase.
