I've owned a lot of jerseys over the past 10 years, and this one is probably the nicest I've had. I wish more companies would put reflective material on jerseys.Fit is true to the Pearl Izumi size chart if you want a snug, form-fitting jersey. And if you're looking at a "Pro" jersey (which is essentially "race fit"), then the answer is "yes", you are. At 5'7", 149 lb, 37" chest, 30" waist, I went with a size Small/Medium, and it's a perfect fit. If you want a baggy fit, then order one or two sizes up from the chart, but then why are you looking at race-fit jerseys for in that case? The pockets are a little smaller on this jersey than they are on other jerseys I own (from brands such as Primal and Voler). The front of the jersey comes up a little shorter than they do on other jerseys I own. However, I really appreciate this feature because it means you don't get any sag or buffeting when you are in the tuck. This is my second Pearl Izumi Pro series cycling jersey. The quality of the Pro series product is excellent, albeit with a high cost premium. This jersey is no exception in the quality department - light, fitting and ventilating well for avid cyclists who spend a fair amount of time hammering it out on the road. As far as pricing is concerned, what I paid could probably be considered as a steal. For my Mykonos / Screaming Yellow version, the only downside I can comment on is moisture shows through. This may be color-related but I have not observed the same issue with other cycling jerseys. Therefore, when the jersey is wet, there will be dark spots visible to everyone. This jersey is a very tight fit as expected for a pro style jersey. My only complaint is the zippered pocket in the back is so small that it barely fits an iPhone 5S. I can get my phone in it with a stretch, but good luck trying to get your phone out to answer it in a hurry. The fabric keeps your skin dry and cool. I have a 39 inch chest and 30 inch waist, and a medium fits me just snug. I would not recommend this jersey to anyone who is even slightly overweight because it is so tight.I read the description on this jersey, understanding that it was aiming towards a pro fit. That was fine. I was looking for tight and form fitting enough that it wouldn't be flapping in the wind. I also noted from the reviews that I should probably order a size up as well. I consulted the sizing chart noting that a large should accommodate up to a 37.5" waist and 43.5" chest. What I received compared to a normal jersey was more like either a small club fit, or a medium time trial skin suit in terms of actual fit. Simply put, this jersey was WAY off, even for a pro fit. I actually have a 34" waist, lean core and muscular back and shoulders. I'm not a climber physique though, so I knew not to order the medium. Even in the "Large" I couldn't even zip the jersey at the bottom unless I pulled it hard enough to ruin the elastic. And the top fit so tight that it cut my under arms. It literally made it hard to breathe it was so tight. So ... order with that size warning in mind. Otherwise, the jersey's fabric and features are top notch. Too bad it would only fit my uber skinny 15 year old. I didn't have the confidence to even try an extra large. Amazon, as always was quick to issue and process my refund.Love the jersey but the zip fastener fell off the second time I wore it. Trying to figure out how to return - with working in a large office building where there isn't a dedicated UPS desk and the call tag has some a defined path to how it needs to be collected. UGH!Nice .. Rea nice. Very nice fitting race form. I like the 50+ sunblock factor.. but i can tell these are made much better than the Elite line. I was hesitant at first to buy into this line. I have an Elite jersey that needed work. Which Pearl iZumi did fix under their warranty (which is very good also) but is still not holding up all that well in my opinion. Very good length in the back. Sleeve length is much better than the Elite line also. This jersey fits real well for me. I am 6'4", 225 lbs and it fits just right. I wear it on every ride (3 x per week) in the summer and wash it once per week. Because of the material, you can ride in hot weather and still get a feeling of coolness when you stop or coast. And after nearly a year, the zipper still works.Great fit for the athletic build individual. I have a 41 inch chest and a 32 inch waist and the M/L fits well. There's a little extra room in the stomach, but fits across my chest and around my biceps well. I lift more than the average cyclist so my arms are bigger than your average roadie.
